Taking a week to unplug and reset

This week I will be taking some time off to recharge with family (and pups). Staying informed — and speaking truth — can sometimes feel overwhelming and emotionally draining. I hope you are also find time to connect deeply and meaningfully with others and to take care of yourself, too.
